Effective Date: 02/02/2025  By enrolling in, participating in, or engaging with any classes, services, events, or activities offered by G1Choreography (“G1C”), you (“Participant”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:
 

⸻1. Payment and Refund Policy
•All payments made to G1C are final and non-refundable, regardless of attendance or participation.•G1C reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any classes, sessions, or events. In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative session; refunds will not be issued unless explicitly stated.

⸻2. Participation and Conduct
•Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner at all times.•G1C reserves the right to deny entry, remove, or suspend any participant whose behavior is deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe, without refund.•Participants must follow all instructions provided by instructors and staff to ensure a safe and productive environment.

⸻3. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver
•Participation in dance classes and events involves inherent risks of physical injury.•By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical activities and waive any and all claims against G1C, its instructors, employees, or affiliates for injuries, damages, or losses arising out of your participation.•Participants are encouraged to consult with a physician before beginning any new physical activity.

⸻4. Privacy and Data Protection
•G1C respects your privacy. Personal information collected during registration or participation will be kept confidential and used solely for administrative purposes.•G1C does not sell, trade, or share participant information with third parties.•All reasonable measures are taken to protect participant data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

⸻5. Media Release
•By participating in classes or events, you grant G1C the right to photograph, film, and record your image for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes, unless you explicitly opt out in writing prior to the event or session.•G1C reserves the right to use this media without compensation.

⸻6. Modifications
•G1C reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
•Continued participation after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
